Our perspective is informed by nearly 17 years in the community association management industry, since 2009, working with community developers, homeowner association boards, privately managed communities, and regional operations spanning multiple communities.

Vendor Contract & Performance Assessments

Structured reviews of association service vendors, including landscape maintenance and other contracted services. Where appropriate, we review approximately two to three years of available contract history.

Using structured, weighted performance criteria, we help boards decide whether to renew, renegotiate, or request improvements.

This is a vendor performance review, not a general financial audit or HOA budget audit.
